A kill on The Dealer always yields it. No recipe uses it as an ingredient.
Obtaining
The most reliable source is The Dealer, a boss in the Couch-Lock Valley.

- Rasta Cap is a guaranteed boss drop, so the practical acquisition rate is the boss spawn rate rather than a loot roll.
- Wearing all 3 pieces of the Rasta set completes a cosmetic set tied to the dealer.
